BACKGROUND

The NC Council for Women awards funds for Domestic Violence (DV) shelter services and client services to the Cathy Mabry Cloninger Center. DV funds are allocated for a portion of the Social Worker III position (salary, retirement, dental, and medical insurance) at the Center. Marriage License Fees (MLF) funds are used to pay for Shelter Relief Operator salaries. Divorce Filing Fees (DFF) funds are allocated for client/victim costs.
