BACKGROUND
The Gaston County Department of Health and Human Services - Public Health Division received State Grant funds from the NC Division of Public Health to provide relief to address the continued impact of COVID-19. These funds will help with the resources needed to respond to the pandemic and its economic effects and to build a stronger, more equitable economy during the recovery. Funds will be used for salaries and training. These are non-County funds.
