BACKGROUND

The site of the Trinity Capital Partners development is split between the jurisdictions of Gastonia and Gaston County. The County has proposed, and Gastonia’s staff concurs, that the County take the lead in building inspections and other development services for this project. The attached Interlocal Agreement will accomplish this request.
