BACKGROUND

Approval of this action withdraws the Second Reading of the Resolution to add an article to Chapter 8 of the Gaston County Code of Ordinances to outline procedures for obtaining a permit for a mass gathering.  The date of introduction (First Reading - 2021-039) was held on January 26, 2021.    

A substitute ordinance to be introduced for consideration at the February 23, 2021 BOC Regular Meeting
