BACKGROUND

There was a discrepancy in the resolutions for the amount offered and accepted for the sale of surplus property at 813 Freedom Mill Rd. The resolution passed January 26, 2021 (2021-033) lists the accepted offer as $12,250, which is the correct amount offered. The resolution from December 29, 2020 (2020-344) lists the accepted offer as $12,500, which was entered incorrectly. The correct offer of $12,250 was also advertised in the legal ad during the 10-day upset bid process.
