BACKGROUND
Board Action 2019-332 appropriated the proceeds of the FY2020 rolling stock and equipment financing with Bank of America. The appropriation required transfers from the General Fund to the Building Services and Social Services funds totaling $176,552. Those transfers were not included on the budget change request. The attached budget change request transfers $176,552 from General Fund to the Building Services and Social Services funds.
