BACKGROUND
Chelse Harris, Mt. Holly Branch Library Assistant, was awarded a scholarship for expenses to attend the 2019 Young Adult Library Services Association (YALSA) seminar in Memphis, TN. The grant reimburses Gaston County for expenses paid.
