BACKGROUND

In July, 2019, DHHS Social Services Division received $12,500 from the Glenn Foundation to promote Foster Home Recruitment.  These funds will be used to promote and recruit additional foster homes for Gaston County foster children.  These funds require appropriation to the FY2019-2020 Social Services Budget, so the funds can be used for the intended purpose.  These funds are carried forward until funds are expensed.
