BACKGROUND
To provide renewal of the NC State Fire Code fire inspection/enforcement services agreement for FY 2019-2020 between the Gaston County Fire Marshal’s Office and the following municipalities: City of Bessemer City, Town of Cramerton, Town of Dallas, City of High Shoals, City of Lowell, Town of McAdenville and Town of Ranlo. Also, to initiate the same such agreement with the Town of Stanley. Unless terminated as provided in the interlocal agreement, this contract will automatically renew each fiscal year.
