BACKGROUND
For FY18-19, DHHS received additional funding for the Crisis Intervention Program and Low Income Energy Assistance Program in the amount of $163,504 for a total of $1,003,487 in each program to be used for heating and cooling. These funds require appropriation into the FY2018-2019 Social Services Budget in order to be expensed for the appropriate use. 100% Federal Funds, No County Funds Required.
