BACKGROUND
In March, 2018, DHHS received $80,400 in additional Adoption Promotion Funds to be used exclusively to enhance the adoption program. The Adoption Promotion funds received and deposited require appropriation to the FY2017-2018 Social Services Budget. These funds are carried forward into the new fiscal year until funds are expensed.
