BACKGROUND
The proposed building reuse grant is to locate a global manufacturing company facility in the Maistro spec building in the Gastonia Technology Park.
If awarded by the REDD of the North Carolina Department of Commerce, the Gaston County Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing to consider whether to accept said Building Reuse Grant for Project ROO and authorize the appropriation of the required match.
