The Gaston County Police Department is requesting the Gaston County Board of Commissioners award the service side arm, Glock, Model 45 MOS, Serial Number BRTV401 and badge worn to Captain William P. Downey, retired, pursuant to NCGS 17F-20(a) and Board Resolution #259 dated October 27, 1983.
