BACKGROUND

Benesch Engineering has recommended that the speed limit for Apple Creek Parkway (Apple Creek Corporate Center) be set at 35 miles per hour.  The ordinary NC DOT parameters for a road of this type would be in excess of 35 miles per hour.  This Resolution will request a speed limit for Apple Creek Corporate Center that is appropriate for the use of the tenants within the Park.
