BACKGROUND

At the April 16^th, 2025, Fire Commission Meeting, Chief Dennis Cash presented Certificate of Need 2025404-31 for a Surplus Trailer from GEMS in the amount of $1.00. Richard Albaugh made a motion to approve the Certificate of Need. Bob Hovis seconded the motion. The motion was opposed by Scott Zander, Justin Westbrook, Eric Withers, and Brian Weyeneth. In favor were Richard Albaugh, Jamie Ramsey, Will Keller, Hob Hovis and Rob Smith. The motion passed.
