BACKGROUND
Each November 11 the people of the United States have the distinct privilege of honoring the Veterans of the United States Armed Forces, who have so bravely preserved the freedom which allows us to continue to live in the land of the free and the home of the brave. On Veterans Day, 2020, we salute and honor veterans, past and current, and commemorate the legacy of service and sacrifice they have upheld in their steadfast defense of America’s ideals and enduring principles. The Gaston County Board of Commissioners offers up its most bountiful gratitude and appreciation to Veterans of Gaston County and those throughout the country.
