Appropriates $3,500 out of General Fund fund balance and increases transfers to Social Services

BACKGROUND

Board Action 2016-308 corrected a budgeting error in Health and Human Services revenue accounts for FY2017, and was approved by the Board on 11/10/2016.  The correction required and increase of $3,500 in transfers from the General Fund balance to the Social Services Division.  The General Fund entries were not included on the budget change request.  The attached budget change request appropriates the $3,500 out of General Fund fund balance and increases transfers to Social Services
