BACKGROUND

Animal Care and Enforcement recently received unsolicited donations in the amount of $61.00 through the PayPal account.  Of the funds received, $20 from Mr. Joel Spearman requested this be put toward the medical care for shelter animals.  Donations were made from March 30 through April 28, 2023.
