• Capital Fund: Increase transfers in from CIF by $12,500. Increase Furniture and Equipment >$5k (Automation Funds) by $12,500.

The funds are being transferred from an operating account within the Register of Deeds Automation and Preservation Fund to a capital account. The purpose of the transfer is to purchase new IT network equipment and Wi-Fi access points for automation of systems within the Register of Deeds office.
