BACKGROUND

The Gaston County Public Library has received a Special Gift of $10,000 from the Pearl Dixon Balthis Foundation for general purposes (discretionary distribution). This resolution will accept as revenue $10,000 from the Gaston County Public Library Special Gifts account and appropriate as expenditure into the Pearl Dixon Balthis Foundation Fund account to be used as requested.
