BACKGROUND

The ACCESS System Safety and Security Plan, which is a required document by NCDOT/PTD, must be revised annually to meet current requirements of NCDOT/PTD.  Once revised the plan must be approved and signed by the Board.  This plan assists the department in meeting requirements to receive NCDOT funding for the program.
