BACKGROUND

The Gaston County Tax Collector has examined the requests for refunds and has determined that the request are properly authorized by statute and should be granted and the persons and/or firms listed below have requested the refund of taxes paid pursuant to GS 105-381(b).

The Board of Commissioners authorizes payment of refunds to said persons and/or firms in the amounts stated with such funds coming from Account 10-2301-01.
