BACKGROUND

This Interlocal Agreement between Lincoln and Gaston County provides that a multi-jurisdictional industrial park is created and provides for the sharing of tax revenue from the Industrial Park for a 30-year period, the provision of water and sewer services into Gaston County, and how essential services will be provided within the boundaries of the industrial park.
