General Fund: Increase state grant revenues by $1,138.28. Increase personnel expenses by $1,138.28. Transfer $227.66 (20% match) from County expenditure account to grant account. The match will come from a portion of health and retirement fringes for the shelter's Social Worker Ill position.

BACKGROUND
Due to recalculations of funding allocations, the NC Division for Women & Youth has awarded additional funds for FY2026 to the Cathy Mabry Cloninger Center for Domestic Violence (DV) program by $1,138.28.
The grant period of performance remains 7/1/25-6/30/26.
