BACKGROUND
Sheriff’s deputies provided law enforcement services to the Town of Stanley in May 2018. The Sheriff’s Office bills the Town for its portion of wages, overtime, FICA, LGERS employer contributions, and 401(k) contributions expended from deputies’ provision of law enforcement services. This Board Action appropriates the revenue that has been billed and received from the Town.
