BACKGROUND
In April 2025, Cooperative Extension received an in-kind donation from Kintegra Health to support programming expenses for the Highland Youth Garden and Entrepreneur Incubator Program. The Board of Commissioners approved and appropriated these funds on April 22, 2025, through Resolution #2025-107. Due to staffing changes, the program is no longer being offered. As a result, Kintegra Health has requested the return of the remaining unspent balance of $6,682.54. This Board Action and Budget Change Request authorizes the transfer of remaining funds from the program’s expenditure accounts to its grant refund account in order to process the refund to Kintegra Health.
