BACKGROUND
The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Farm Service Agency currently occupies space within the Citizens Resource Center located at 1303 Dallas-Cherryville Hwy, Dallas, NC. The current annual lease amount is $35,580.00. The new annual lease amount will be $54,413.68 which will remain the same for the duration of the 5-year term. Approval of this Board Action adopts and accepts the attached lease terms on behalf of Gaston County and authorizes the County Manager, or his/her designee, to execute said documents. No additional County funds are required as a result of this lease agreement.
