BACKGROUND

At the August 6, 2026 Fire Commission Meeting, a Certificate of Need (CON) was presented for Spencer Mountain Fire Department for the purchase of a side-by-side UTV in the amount of $22,000.00. The department has received a $10,000 grant from Enbridge and the remaining funds will come from the department’s savings. The Fire Commission approved the Certificate of Need.
