BACKGROUND

The Gaston County Animal Care and Enforcement has received a donation in the amount of $2,110.00. Bissell Pet Foundation sponsors the “Empty the Shelters” event throughout the year to help offset the cost of pet adoptions. An event was held October 1st 2024 through October 15th 2024 and resulted in over 19,000 animals being adopted nationwide. Animals Care and Enforcement requests these funds be accepted and transferred.
