BACKGROUND
This Board Action and attached BCR reimburse the vehicle contingency account for Emergency Management & Fire Services (EMG) vehicle upfit costs. Funds for new vehicles were budgeted in EMG's capital fund budget but upfit needed to be paid out of General Fund; funds were internally transferred from the contingency account because of timing.
