BACKGROUND

The Library is purchasing two pieces of furniture using grant funds that were previously approved through Board Action 2026-096.  The furniture pieces are considered capital and therefore must be purchased from the Capital Fund. The Board Action transfers grant funds to the Capital Fund created for this grant.
