BACKGROUND
Gaston County Law Enforcement Assisted Diversion (LEAD) received a donation in FY24 from City Church, Gastonia, so that program staff can assist participants with food items, which is not permissible with grant funds. The balance of $1,769.49 needs to be carried forward to FY25 so staff can continue to use the funds.
