BACKGROUND

The American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 (ARP) appropriation for the Family Violence Prevention and Services Act funds will be awarded to programs that will be able to provide temporary housing, assistance, and supportive services to victims of family, domestic, and dating violence in response to the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) public health emergency not covered by other federal funds.
