BACKGROUND

To approve the revised NC State Fire Code fire inspection/enforcement services agreement between Gaston County Emergency Management/Fire Services and the following municipalities: City of Bessemer City, Town of Cramerton, Town of Dallas, City of High Shoals, City of Lowell, Town of McAdenville and Town of Ranlo.  Unless terminated as provided in the interlocal agreement, the contract will automatically renew each fiscal year.
