BACKGROUND

The purpose of this request is to carry forward funds from FY18-19 fund balance. IT needs to carry forward some unspent funds from FY18-19.  Background-Ownership of the building that houses our core switches and termination point for our fiber has been transferred to Pathways.  The County needs to move the fiber and core switches to another building owned by the County on the same campus.  Our lowest quote is $46,731 and we are requesting permission to use left over FY19 funds from the project account #010-01-4210-0000-560000-ITMsc.
