Permitted by the Interlocal Act, the County desires to provide funding assistance by remitting to the City 100% of the incremental ad valorem tax revenues collected in the SIVIA (the “Incremental Tax Revenues”), up to $5,000,000 subject to the limitations and restrictions set forth in this Interlocal Agreement.
