BUDGET ORDINANCE IMPACT

Increase State Grant revenue by $9,435 and appropriate $9,435 into Breast and Cervical Cancer Program (BCCCP) project account.

BACKGROUND

The Gaston County Department of Health and Human Services - Public Health Division received additional State Grant funds from the NC Division of Public Health for the Breast and Cervical Cancer Program (BCCCP).  The BCCCP program provides breast and cervical cancer screening and/or diagnostic services to women enrolled in the program.  Funds will be used for the screening and diagnostic services.  These are Non-County funds.
