Hope United Survivor Network received donations during the period of April 1, 2023 to June 30, 2023.  The donations rolled into fund balance at June 30, 2023 and need to be appropriated out of fund balance, carried forward and appropriated into the FY2023-2024 CSS-Hope United Survivor Network Budget in order to be used as intended by donors.
