BACKGROUND

This request is to appropriate discretionary funds received from the Juvenile Community Programs Section of the North Carolina Department of Public Safety for the JCPC Family Centered Treatment Program.  These funds were approved by the Department on April 5, 2017 and the Gaston County JCPC on April 11, 2017.  The Family Centered Treatment Program has sufficient in-kind match so no county funds are needed as matching dollars.
