BUDGET IMPACT

Appropriate vending machine revenues of $6,980 for the first quarter of fiscal year 2016.  Also to appropriate fund balance in the amount of $580 due to vending machine proceeds reverting to fund balance in the last quarter of fiscal year 2015.

Appropriate $6,980 into Employee Recognition account from 2016 revenues.  Appropriate $580 from fund balance to accurately reflect 2015 revenue from vending machine sales.

BACKGROUND

Gaston County receives a percentage of all vending sales from Choice USA Vending.
