BACKGROUND

Sheriff’s deputies have provided law enforcement services to the City of Belmont since November 2015. Each month, the Sheriff’s Office bills the City for its portion of the wages and overtime, FICA, LGERS employer contributions, and 401(k) contributions expended from deputies’ provision of law enforcement services. This Board Action appropriates the amounts that have been billed and received from the City.
