BACKGROUND
The Cathy Mabry Cloninger Center: A Domestic Violence Shelter has been awarded $81,952.42 to fund a Case Manager’s salary and benefits at the Shelter. The Case Manager provides intake, crisis intervention, and case management for residential clients during in-house support groups and outside community support groups and linkage and referral to community services.
The North Carolina Governor’s Crime Commission administers the state’s federal grants through Victims of Crime Act (VOCA) grants. This grant does not require a match.
