BACKGROUND
This item is in reference to Roberts et al v. Gaston County, North Carolina et al (3:24-cv-00927).
POLICY IMPACT
Authorize the County Manager to execute a settlement agreement, including a payment not to exceed $350,000, subject to the review and approval of the County Attorney.
