BACKGROUND

 

Authorize the County Manager to sell the following surplus equipment in accordance with GS 160A-279(a):

1.                     SEU 2000 cargo trailer #838 (4U01S1622YA004038) to Town of Dallas, NC.

2.                     PRU 2008 cargo trailer #849 (4U01S222X6A027110) to North Gaston Volunteer Fire and Rescue, Inc.

 

The price shall be $1 and the buyer must agree to use and maintain the equipment for a public purpose.
