BACKGROUND

The City of Gastonia City Utilities Department will install 24 strands of single mode fiber between the County Communications facility located at 615 North Highland Street and the new Animal Control facility located at 1491 Business Park Court.  This fiber connectivity will allow the Animal Control facility to be connected to the Gaston County’s voice and data network.
