BACKGROUND
On June 30, 2025, the old Fire Service District Fund had a remaining fund balance of $585,415.83. This Board Action, if approved, authorizes the Finance Director to transfer the $585,415.83 to the Unified Fire Protection Service Fund fund balance to be used to finance, provide, and maintain fire protection and rescue services within the established service district.
