BACKGROUND

 

Authorize the County Manager to sell the following surplus equipment in accordance with GS 160A-279(a):

 

1.                     Equipment # 530 Pace Arrow Trailer (VIN 4FPAB2821WG028321; Year 1998) to City of Belmont, NC Police Department.

 

The price shall be $1,500.00 and the buyer must agree to use and maintain the equipment for a public purpose.
