BACKGROUND

This request is to accept and appropriate $3443 in 4-H Summer Camp and Extension workshop fees and a $5000 FCS grant from NC State University to develop and promote the Gaston County Somethin' Pumpkin event.  These funds were received in May and June of FY19, so they are being appropriated from fund balance and budgeted in FY20 expense accounts.
