BACKGROUND

At the April 16th, 2025, Fire Commission Meeting, Chief Shane Towery of Agriculture Center Fire Department presented Certificate of Need 2025402-32 for a 2025 Ford 350 Command/Utility Truck with an estimated amount of $80,000.00. This requires no financing and will be purchased with the funds made off the sale of Engine 619. Eric Withers made a motion to approve the Certificate of Need. Justin Westbrook seconded the motion. The motion was passed unanimously.
