BACKGROUND

These funds are used to assist and train foster children to become more independent as they reach adulthood. We have used a large amount of these funds already in FY25 for our teens to attend a conference, therefore we are requesting to appropriate additional funds in this account for the remainder of the year.  These funds are reimbursed 100% with Federal dollars.
